Excellent for an evening bath or used as a diffuser in the bedroom. Still after many years this is my favourite blend to help my body relax and my mind unwind. The soap is delightful at getting a little shift in my perception every time I wash my hands.

Rest is handcrafted with an essential oil blend targeted specifically at calming the mind and relaxing an exhausted body.

Formulated with  a natural relaxing blend of clary sage, ylang ylang, frankincense, petitgrain, chamomile, and vetiver essential oils.

Directions

Soak Directions: Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.

Expect anywhere from 3-6 servings per 2lb pouch or 1-3 servings per 10oz pouch depending on size of tub and desired intensity.

Soak Caution: Use only as directed. For adult external use only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.

Soap Directions: Make a rich lather on wet skin. For best results, leave on for at least 3 minutes then rinse well.

Massage Oil Directions: Warm 1-2 pumps of oil in hands and apply to body in a circular motion or use immediately post-shower to seal in moisture.

Body Balm Directions: Use fingertips to apply balm to desired areas.
