Refund policy

We do everything we can to ensure you are ecstatic with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product just isn't perfect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on any of our products, or if we have made an error on your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can correct the error as quickly as possible. Refunds and returns are available within 14 days of the original purchase date, shipping will be provided and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items

If your order was delayed because we’ve made an error, we’re happy to issue a refund for the shipping fees. If your order was delayed due to other reasons (factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems, weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God(s)) we are not able to issue a refund. All shipping times are “estimates”, though if you’re unhappy with your experience, please contact us and we’ll try our best to make it right!

Occasionally, we may place an item on sale or adjust pricing. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we aren’t able to provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased it. The best way to avoid this is to sign up for our email newsletter (at the bottom of the screen) or follow us on any one of our social media accounts!
