- ◄Do you offer free shipping?
- We do! We offer free standard shipping to the Contiguous United States on all orders of $25.00 or more. The $25.00 minimum is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied.
- ◄When will I get my order?
- Standard shipping varies based on your location; a tracking number will be included in a follow up email so you can follow your package. Please allow for 1 business day for the order to process before being shipped (though we'll try our best to get the order out as quickly as possible!).
- ◄Do you ship to military addresses?
- We absolutely do! Please specify "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE in the state field on the checkout page.
- ◄Does Mike's Recovery ship outside of the US?
- We currently only ship within the US, though please contact us if you'd like to arrange shipping outside of the US and we'll try our best to accomodate!
- ◄What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
- Please contact us with any questions or concerns! If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 1 business day please contact us for the tracking number. Occasionally, the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx) may take up to 1 business day to update tracking information.
- ◄My package was late; can I get my shipping fee refunded?
- If your order was delayed because we’ve made an error, we’re happy to issue a refund for the shipping fees. If your order was delayed due to other reasons (factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems, weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God(s)) we are not able to issue a refund. All shipping times are “estimates”, though if you’re unhappy with your experience, please contact us and we’ll try our best to make it right!
- ◄I made a mistake in my order!
- No worries! Contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll try and get the mistake corrected. Since we try as hard as possible to get your order out quickly, the faster we receive the correction the better chance we have of correcting it. If your order has already shipped, we aren't able to alter the order.
- ◄What is your return/exchange policy?
- We do everything we can to ensure you are ecstatic with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product just isn't perfect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase on any of our products, or if we have made an error on your shipment, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately so we can correct the error as quickly as possible.
- ◄I bought this last week and now it's on sale.
- Occasionally, we may place an item on sale or adjust pricing. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we aren’t able to provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased it. The best way to avoid this is to sign up for our email newsletter (at the bottom of the screen) or follow us on any one of our social media accounts! If you’re still not satisfied with your experience, please contact us and we’ll try our best to make it right!
- ◄When will my card be charged?
- Since we get started on your order as soon as it’s placed, we charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted though if your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email you to let you know the bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorize the amount. Please keep in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.
- ◄I forgot to use my coupon!
- If you’re able to email us within a reasonable time frame to let us know about the error, we may be able to apply the coupon to your purchase. However, as a general policy, we are not able to apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!
- ◄What makes Mike's Recovery different?
- Our mineral soaks are different from every other soak on the market. We've created unique blends of essential oils (combinations you won't find anywhere else) in incredibly high concentrations to address athletic recovery specifically. We use high quality sea salt in place of epsom salts, which contains far more essential macro and trace minerals. All this while being handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness (oils evaporate over time).
- ◄How much mineral soak should I use?
- We recommend anywhere from a half cup to a full cup of Mike’s Recovery Mineral Soak for a normal sized bath. Feeling extra exhausted? Lean towards the full cup. Have a really big bathtub? You might need a tad more.
- ◄Should I use the soaks if I'm pregnant or nursing?
- Congratulations on the little one! Unfortunately, because of the potency and purity of the essential oils we use, you should not use our Mineral Soaks while pregnant or nursing.
- ◄Can I eat the salts?
- You should not eat the salts, our Mineral Soaks are meant for external use only. You can bathe in them, rub them on your skin, stare at them intensely, or tell them awkward jokes, but no ingesting please.
- ◄Can my child use the Mineral Soaks?
- Because of the potency and purity of the essential oils we use, our Mineral Soaks are for adults only.
