Directions
Directions: Warm 1-2 pumps of oil in hands and apply to body in a circular motion or use immediately post-shower to seal in moisture.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water.

I am so happy I bought this, it really does work! 🙂 I put it on some pain I was having and it actually left!
It has sort of a strong smell to me but it doesn't linger on your clothes on anything. I would highly recommend this product.
I also appreciate the handwritten note that came with my product, that was a nice touch, made me feel valued .
It was also wrapped very well! No Amazon wrapping here .
