Heat Mineral Soak

- A warming blend of 8 essential oils combined with remineralizing Atlantic sea salt and medium chain triglycerides.

Directions: Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.
Expect anywhere from 3-6 servings per 2lb pouch or 1-3 servings per 10oz pouch depending on size of tub and desired intensity.
