Directions

Use as an aid to breathing, rub a small amount in palms, inhale deeply, rub onto the upper chest area at night time for ease in breathing, rub onto the back of the neck to ease headaches. 

Caution: Use only as directed. For adult external use only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children.
